Body language sings – start from head)

Hi! My name is Alex. Glad to meet you. So what is my blog about? Several years ago I had a little trouble in my life (the trouble was related with a girl and I don`t want to talk about it right now). But that`s not the main thing. In that situation I was helped by my friend Tomas, who told me that girl was just liying and she never loved me. Tomas saw her lies because of her body language sings. So since that time i became very interested in understanding those sings. And here is some interesting information I found in different sources and want to share it with you right now.

Understanding body language sings is a very important skill. It can really enhance our life. With it you are able to know what a person feels and thinks just by observing his (or her) subconscious body language signs. In several minutes my guests will see human body language explained.

So now something really valuable about body language signs. Let`s start from head).

- If you see too tilted head – that is a sign of the potential sympathy. Alternatively, person maybe trying to convince you of his honesty.
- If the head is lowered – person is hiding something. Pay attention if someone lowers their head. If it is when he is complimented, he may be shy, timid, ashamed, thinking to himself or keeping distance from the other person, in disbelief. If it happens after an explanation, then he may be not sure if what he said was correct. In some cultures it`s a sign of respect.
- Cocked heads mean that he is challenging you or confused. Definite meaning depends on eyebrow, eye and mouth gestures.

By the way, if you`re not professional in observing body language signs, don`t try to look after all of them at the same time (that was my biggest mistake when i started leraning body language). So first observe the head position and try to analyse it with the help of above-mentioned statements.

In the next posts I`ll tell you how to understand eyes, arms and other body parts language.
